ABOUT THE GILDED CACTUS
Selling Phoenix homes faster through creative staging.
81% of buyers say staging helps them imagine a house as their future home. Yet many sellers and agents hesitate because traditional staging can feel complicated, expensive, and hard to predict.
The Gilded Cactus was created to change that.
We offer clear, upfront pricing that works for most homes — with custom options available when a property calls for something more tailored.
Our work blends timeless design with a deep understanding of the Arizona market, creating spaces that feel welcoming, intentional, and ready for buyers to fall in love.

How it works

Consultation
Every project starts with a walkthrough of the home to evaluate layout, style, and opportunities to enhance how the space shows to buyers. You’ll receive clear recommendations and a staging plan tailored to the home.

Staging
Once approved, we install the agreed-upon furniture, artwork, and décor to elevate the home for listing photos and showings. Installations take 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the home.
Staging includes a 45-day rental period, with optional monthly extensions if the home remains on the market.

De-Stage
When the home goes under contract or the staging period ends, we schedule a convenient time to remove all staging items — typically within 5–7 days of closing or listing expiration.

Bringing fresh visions to life
Here are a few recent projects we’re proud of. While staging is often part of the process, our focus is the bigger picture — helping sellers present their homes in the best possible light. Sometimes that means staging. Other times it’s recommending small changes like fresh paint, updated lighting, or simple improvements that make a big difference.
